Using WayXCast

WayXCast is for your personal use with your own motorcycle. By using it you agree to these terms and to the notice shown when you first opened the app.

Safety

You remain fully responsible for riding safely and lawfully. Never operate your phone or WayXCast while riding.

No warranty

WayXCast is provided as-is and as-available, without warranties of any kind. Information it shows may be inaccurate, late or unavailable.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, SDMV and everyone involved in making WayXCast are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damage, injury, loss of data, damage to your motorcycle, its display or your phone, fines or other costs arising from using, or being unable to use, WayXCast.

WayXCast Pro

Pro is a one-time purchase through the App Store or Google Play; their refund rules apply. Features may change over time.

Other services

Weather comes from Apple Weather on iPhone and MET Norway (CC BY 4.0) on Android, earthquakes from BMKG, and maps from Apple Maps or OpenFreeMap and OpenStreetMap. Their terms apply and their availability isn't guaranteed.

Independent project

WayXCast is not affiliated with, endorsed by or supported by OMOWAY, Apple or Google.

Changes

We may update these terms. If you keep using WayXCast after a change, you accept the new terms; you can stop at any time by removing the app. These terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia. Effective 30 October 2026.

Notice shown on first open ("Before you ride")

Riders read this to the end and tap I understand and agree before using the app.

Not liable for any damage. SDMV and the makers of WayXCast are not liable for any damage, injury, loss or cost that comes from using WayXCast, including to your motorcycle, its display, your phone, your data or anyone else. You use WayXCast entirely at your own risk.

Ride safely. Never touch your phone or look away from the road to use WayXCast while riding. Set everything up while parked. The bike display is for quick glances only.

No warranty. WayXCast is provided as-is, with no warranty of any kind. Weather, earthquake, prayer time and other information can be late or wrong, so don't rely on it for your safety.

Your responsibility. Follow the traffic laws where you ride. Showing content on your motorcycle's display may not be allowed everywhere.

Independent project. WayXCast is made by SDMV. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or supported by OMOWAY, Apple or Google. Their names and trademarks belong to their owners.

Privacy. No account, ads or tracking. Your rides, photos and videos stay on your phone unless you share them. To show weather and maps, WayXCast sends your approximate location to the weather and map services.

Memakai WayXCast

WayXCast untuk pemakaian pribadi dengan motor kamu sendiri. Dengan memakainya, kamu setuju dengan ketentuan ini dan pemberitahuan yang muncul saat pertama membuka aplikasi.

Keselamatan

Kamu tetap sepenuhnya bertanggung jawab untuk berkendara dengan aman dan sesuai aturan. Jangan pernah mengoperasikan HP atau WayXCast saat berkendara.

Tanpa garansi

WayXCast disediakan apa adanya dan sebagaimana tersedia, tanpa garansi apa pun. Informasi yang ditampilkan bisa tidak akurat, terlambat, atau tidak tersedia.

Batasan tanggung jawab

Sejauh diizinkan hukum, SDMV dan semua pihak yang terlibat membuat WayXCast tidak bertanggung jawab atas kerusakan langsung, tidak langsung, insidental, atau lanjutan, cedera, kehilangan data, kerusakan pada motor, layar motor, atau HP kamu, denda, maupun biaya lain akibat memakai, atau tidak dapat memakai, WayXCast.

WayXCast Pro

Pro adalah pembelian sekali bayar lewat App Store atau Google Play; aturan pengembalian dana mereka berlaku. Fitur dapat berubah seiring waktu.

Layanan lain

Cuaca dari Apple Weather di iPhone dan MET Norway (CC BY 4.0) di Android, gempa dari BMKG, dan peta dari Apple Maps atau OpenFreeMap dan OpenStreetMap. Ketentuan mereka berlaku dan ketersediaannya tidak dijamin.

Proyek independen

WayXCast tidak berafiliasi dengan, didukung, atau disponsori oleh OMOWAY, Apple, maupun Google.

Perubahan

Ketentuan ini bisa kami perbarui. Jika kamu tetap memakai WayXCast setelah ada perubahan, berarti kamu menerima ketentuan baru; kamu bisa berhenti kapan saja dengan menghapus aplikasi. Ketentuan ini tunduk pada hukum Indonesia. Berlaku sejak 30 October 2026.

Pemberitahuan saat pertama dibuka ("Sebelum riding")

Kami tidak bertanggung jawab atas kerusakan apa pun. SDMV dan pembuat WayXCast tidak bertanggung jawab atas kerusakan, cedera, kehilangan, atau biaya apa pun akibat memakai WayXCast, termasuk pada motor, layar motor, HP, data kamu, atau pihak lain. Risiko pemakaian WayXCast sepenuhnya kamu tanggung sendiri.

Utamakan keselamatan. Jangan pernah memegang HP atau mengalihkan pandangan dari jalan untuk memakai WayXCast saat berkendara. Atur semuanya saat motor parkir. Layar motor hanya untuk dilirik sekilas.

Tanpa garansi. WayXCast disediakan apa adanya, tanpa garansi apa pun. Info cuaca, gempa, jadwal salat, dan lainnya bisa terlambat atau keliru, jadi jangan jadikan patokan keselamatan.

Tanggung jawab kamu. Patuhi aturan lalu lintas di tempat kamu berkendara. Menampilkan konten di layar motor mungkin tidak diizinkan di semua tempat.

Proyek independen. WayXCast dibuat oleh SDMV. Tidak berafiliasi dengan, didukung, atau disponsori oleh OMOWAY, Apple, maupun Google. Nama dan merek dagang mereka milik pemiliknya masing-masing.

Privasi. Tanpa akun, iklan, atau pelacakan. Riding, foto, dan video kamu tetap di HP kecuali kamu bagikan. Untuk menampilkan cuaca dan peta, WayXCast mengirim perkiraan lokasi kamu ke layanan cuaca dan peta.
